UTSA IEC Project

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The project consists of a 182,000 GSF new state of the art facility for business,
multidisciplinary education, and career preparation as part of UTSA’s downtown campus
that will be located near the existing San Pedro I Building. The building will be a mixture of
classrooms (flexible, state of the art technology enriched learning spaces), teaching and
collaboration spaces, faculty and staff offices, student engagement, study and support
spaces, and infrastructure support space. The building is expected to be six to seven stories
tall with similar materials to San Pedro I. Substantial completion for the project is expected
to be Fall 2025.
Turner will be soliciting packages for the following scopes
• General Trades
• Earthwork
• Site Utilities
• Foundation
• SWPPP
• Concrete Structure
