San Antonio River Authority
The River Authority is seeking bids for the supply of Wastewater Line Cleaning & CCTV Pipe Inspection Services to be purchased as needed over the contract term. This project will include the condition assessment of identified sewer mains in the River Authority’s wastewater service area. For each identified main, the respondent will be tasked with cleaning through use of hydro-jetting and completing close-circuit television (CCTV) inspections that utilize the National Association of Sewer Service Companies (NASSCO)’s Pipeline Assessment Certification Program (PACP) coding standards. The data collection through this project will be utilized for the Utility’s Capacity, Management, Operations, and Maintenance (CMOM) program
