The FREE Turner School of Construction Management (TSCM) program is a vital resource for growing small and minority-owned contractors in the commercial construction
industry. The program first began in 1969 as an opportunity for firms to improve their economic viability and access to contracting opportunities by learning skills to
enhance their company’s technical, managerial, and administrative skills. Today, it continues to do so while also strategically introducing business owners to relationships that will help them grow their business.
