Thomas Jefferson HS – 100% DDs Budget
R-O has been awarded the SAISD Thomas Jefferson High School Historical Overhaul / Renovation Project. We are working with the district to confirm the project budget based on the current 100% DD set of drawings and we would like to request your participation in this project. We will not award from this round but will begin to identify partners that are interested in building the project with us .
The project is located at: 723 Donaldson Ave. San Antonio TX 78201
The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following:
A. Exterior restoration of 1930s buildings and interior renovation of the historic theater, library, and common areas.
B. Contract Scope: Construction, demolition, renovation, hazardous material removal, and restoration work.
