The Early Demolition Package includes the demolition of 2 gyms, a Locker Room building, the Library and a Classroom wing. It also includes infrastructure to keep the remaining portion of the building online in terms of low voltage, mechanical, electrical and plumbing. Rough grading and drainage is also included for post-demolition until the next phase of construction begins. This project will be competitively bid and subcontracts will be awarded from this round of pricing. Project will be tax exempt.
