The SCTRCA is a centralized certification program for several agencies. The SCTRCA thoroughly reviews all the applications submitted. However, a large amount of applications are incomplete and requires follow up with the firm which delays the process. An Interview with firm's owner is conducted on all applications and often requires a site visit that also lengthens the process.
